Colorado is one of the most bicycle friendly states in the U.S., right? Well, yes, except for one small town that goes by the name of Black Hawk, where the city manager believes banning bikes promotes safety. (Not on the banned list in Black Hawk include sitting on the porch during a thunderstorm, visiting with relatives and watching Jerry Springer. NOTE: Doing all three things at once may cause irreparable damage).
