HAVERHILL, MA (BRAIN)—Pedro's has hired Jeffrey Bramhall as its new operations/logistics manager.

Prior to arriving at Pedro's, Bramhall was a key member of Landry's Bike shop.

"Jeff was a strategic recruit for us. With a pedigree like Landry's Bike Shop, he comes with a solid understanding of operations and what it takes to delight our customers," said Matthew Simpson, COO/CEO of Pedro's.

Bramhall counts five years in the industry and brings the experience, knowledge, and expertise of working for one of the better retailers in the nation.

"It is hard not to admire Jeff already. His energy and knowledge of the day-to-day operations and warehouse is contagious. As we continue to improve our operations, Jeff is our guy," said Jim Hale, key account sales manager for Pedro's.

Bramhall will manage the Pedro's warehouse operations and global logistics at its new Haverhill, Massachusetts' facility. He is tasked to assure customer fill rates and delivery performance using lean operational practices.

Bramhall is also contributing writer and media coordinator for the Verge New England Championship Cyclocross series and Cycle Smart International. He is an avid bike racer on the road and cyclo-cross, but before that he honed his racing prowess as a one-time bike messenger on the streets of Boston.

"It's been great to see Jeff fit right in. He added value day one. I am delighted to have him on our team," Simpson said.
