Following its world premiere in Durango Tuesday night, Race Across the Sky, a stirring documentary about the 2009 Leadville Trail 100 mountain bike race, was simulcast to over 500 U.S. locations Thursday [last] night. Lance Armstrong's record-setting victory, the last seven miles on a flat tire, was only part of the story. The 70-minute show was preceded and followed by commentary from Armstrong, Dave Wiens, race organizer Ken Chlouber and others.
