Growth Cycle president Ray Keener is working retail this summer: one day a week at the Bicycle Village Boulder store, one of a five-store chain in Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs. "Summer is my slow season," noted Keener, who produces the Selling Cycling staff training program used by 1600 retail stores worldwide. "I'm planning some new training content for 2010, so I thought I'd do some first-hand research on what motivates consumers and shop staff."
