Worksman Cycles Adjusts Business Model

NEW YORK, NY (BRAIN)—Tough times call for tough measures.

Worksman Cycles' president Wayne Sosin knows all too well what this means. He's had to adjust his business model to adapt to a changing economy.

Sosin discusses with the New York Times how he has shifted his company’s product line away from the heavy-duty tricycles it sells to automakers and other big industrial companies. With a trimmed-down staff, Worksman is making more food vending carts for entrepreneurs and delivery bicycles for couriers and restaurants.
