SUN VALLEY, ID (BRAIN)—Scott USA has added Lars-Erik Johnson to its U.S. bicycle group. He will join the bike marketing department and assist in communications, Web projects and coordinating media samples.
Johnson has been with Scott USA for nearly three years as a bike and wintersports dealer services rep. He was uniquely qualified to handle customer concerns in his former role, based on his history as a former shop employee, lifelong skier, active ski patroller, bike racer and cycling coach.
Moving forward in the bike marketing department, Johnson’s sales and cycling background will add an additional perspective to an already solid team.
"This is a tremendous opportunity for me. I've ridden bikes on three continents as a messenger, racer and avid cycling enthusiast," Johnson said. "I'm really looking forward to this new position where I can build upon my cycling knowledge and grow with Scott USA."
