OIA Holding Internet Seminar

BOULDER, CO (BRAIN)—Next Thursday November 6, the Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) invites its members to participate in an Internet seminar with OIA’s government affairs team for a look at the new president and the new majorities in Congress.

OIA’s team will offer an in-depth analysis on what these changes mean for your business, from recreation management to trade, health care and tax issues that will impact your bottom line.

“We will be discussing keys races OIA focused on and how OIA plans to engage the new administration and changes in Congress,” said Alex Boian, Outdoor Industry Association’s director of trade policy.

The new president will quickly begin to establish his priorities for 2009 and select people to head the Department of Interior and serve as U.S. Trade representative and the OIA wants to keeps its members appraised on the implication of these changes.
