NORTH ATTLEBORO, MA (BRAIN)—Todson has promoted Rob Girvin to director of product development, while hiring Eric Lightbody as inventory control analyst and Rosalie Garver as customer service manager.
Girvin joined the team at Todson in fall of 2004 as customer service rep, and rose quickly to technical support and customer service director. Previous to Todson, Girvin was with Offroad Bicycles, Proflex, and K2 working in various research and sevelopment roles as product tester and technical support.
Lightbody recently left Pedro’s where he served as senior planner for purchasing and manufacturing. Prior to his tenure at Pedro’s, Lightbody worked at Kryptonite for 13 years, most notably as materials and inventory manager.
Garver recently worked as director of customer service for New England Spas and Sunrooms, where she won several awards for her “positively outrageous service." Prior to this, Garver worked at Kryptonite for 16 years, serving as sales administration manager, office manager, and most recently as customer service manager.
