Campagnolo NA Hires Kattus as GM

VICENZA, Italy (BRAIN)—Campagnolo s.r.l. has hired Tom Kattus as general manager of its subsidiary, Campagnolo North America Inc. Kattus will join the company on May 1.

Kattus takes over for Richard Storino, who left the company in January.

Kattus comes to Campagnolo with more than 20 years experience in the industry. Most recently, Kattus was vice president of global sales for Zoot Sports. Before that, Kattus worked at Cannondale, heading up the brand's North American sales unit.

Kattus will manage all the business affairs in the Carlsbad, California offices and will work with Campagnolo’s OEM, distribution partners and media throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.

When asked about the opportunity to join Campagnolo, Kattus said, “I am very excited to join Campagnolo NA and work with Mr. Caccia and the team. I have been an avid cyclist for 25 years and have always used Campagnolo components. I raced road from ’87 – ’97 and have been a die-hard, passionate fan of Campagnolo my entire career.
