Dylan Robbins has been hired as the company’s newest inside sales and customer service representative. Robbins is an accomplished sales professional with a strong bicycle retailing background. Along with his experience and understanding of IBD needs, UBP dealers and customers will undoubtedly appreciate his enthusiastic, upbeat personality and strong sense of customer service and dedication.
Victor Sandrin has been retained as UBP’s newest outside independent sales representative and will be servicing the Oregon/Washington state region from Eugene to Bellingham on the I-5 Corridor and Bend. Sandrin has over 10 years experience in the bicycle business at both the wholesale and retail levels. An avid rider, he is a former Expert level Downhiller and XC racer. Sandrin brings extensive product knowledge, business understanding and a high level of customer service to his new position
