DRIFT releases new waterproof mountain bike shoe

Published August 21, 2026

LAKE TAHOE, Calif. (BRAIN) — DRIFT Shoes' new product, the Minna, is a waterproof mountain bike shoe that features "an agile feel" without sacrificing its waterproof properties.

Developed and athlete-tested in the wet-weather terrain of British Columbia, the Minna features a lightweight textile and suede upper to prevent ground moisture. According to DRIFT, an embedded shank ensures maximum power transfer, while a high-traction gum rubber outsole provides grip when stepping off the bike.

DRIFT Shoes was founded in 2010 and relaunched earlier this year with the ARC, a full-grain leather SPD-compatible mountain bike shoe.
