OXFORD, N.C. (BRAIN) — Black Ox debuted its newest product at CABDA East, Black Ox Tails, a blend of specially treated carbon fibers to protect against punctures.
The fiber length, tow size, and bonding are optimized to form plugs that aid in filling larger holes. These fibers complement the micro carbon fiber particles already contained within all Black Ox Sealant products.
Although optimized for use with Black Ox Sealants, Tails will work with all sealants. They are not installable through the valve stem, and it's recommended to install 1 to 2 grams.
Each packet contains 20 grams, good for a minimum of 10 wheel setups. The retail price is $8.95.
