EAGLE, Colo. (BRAIN) — E-bike brand QuietKat released details about its Pivot Pro hitch rack designed to transport most bikes without lifting.
The Pivot Pro has a weight capacity of up to 100 pounds per bike. Bikes are rolled into the rack, which pivots to one side, allowing an arm to go from the rack to the ground, providing a ramp. It features steel arm retention rails, reinforced arm pivot pins and arms, and steel pivot plates.
While designed for QuietKat's e-bikes, it will work with most others, including mountain, road, gravel, city, and kids bikes. The pivoting mechanism, large bike-to-bike spacing, and increased strength were all targeted for use with QuietKat models.
It's available for pre-order with a single bike rack kit ($599) and double bike rack kit ($949). It's estimated to ship in September.
