IRVINE, Calif. (BRAIN) — Shimano is launched three limited edition colorways for its RX8 and RX6 gravel shoes to inspired by the upcoming gravel races in Kansas.
"Inspired by the heartland of the American gravel scene, Shimano introduces limited-edition RX8 and RX6 Flint Hills gravel shoes to celebrate the early mornings and late nights that riders undertake while pushing their limits in Kansas each summer," the company said.
The limited models are the RX8 Twilight, RX6 Moonlight, and RX6W Sunrise.
The RX8 Twilight features a pink-to-purple fade with the elevation profile of the Unbound Gravel event. The RX6 Moonlight colors were inspired by the sky’s transformation from day to night in the prairie. The RX6 Moonlight has a "celestial shoe design and turn-by-turn course map. The RX6W Sunrise models take their cue from glowing Kansas fields at sunrise as night transitions to day. The RX6W is designed with a women’s-specific last and feature all the performance details found with the RX6 unisex model.
