IRVINE, Calif. (BRAIN) — Fox Racing added the RS helmet model to its Proframe lineup this month, featuring MIPS safety and BOA fit retention designs. Fox is calling the Proframe RS its "most advanced helmet ever created."
The Proframe full-face line was created in 2017, and the RS has the MIPS Integra Split protection system. The Integra Split is a dual material design integrating an EPP inner liner with an EPS outer layer optimized for a variety of impact speeds to reduce rotational forces during a crash.
In addition to the micro-adjust BOA Fit System, the DH certified RS has an adjustable head cradle, and comes with two sizes of antimicrobial cheek pads to further customize fit. The visor is adjustable and goggle-compatible with a built-in, removable GoPro mount. The RS also has a magnetic Fidlock closure and an antimicrobial liner.
The Proframe RS is available now in sizes small, medium, and large for $359, and comes in bark, black, RTRN black, black camo, black/red, black/yellow, and vintage white.
