Bollé riders showcase Volt+ lens at Tour de France

LYON, France (BRAIN) — Bollé riders will debut the Volt+ lens at this year's Tour de France, which begins on Saturday. The sunglass lens was created by Bollé using artificial intelligence.

Bollé tested more than 20 million combinations to develop a patented lens. According to Bollé, the Volt+ has 30% superior color enhancement while maintaining white balance, has high contrast vision, improved depth perception, and high performance polarization.

The Volt+ will be available in four lens variations.

Team B&B Hotels p/b KTM also will be wearing Bollé in the Tour de France. Its riders — Cyril Barthe, Franck Bonnamour, Maxim Chevalier, Bryan Coquard, Cyril Gautier, Cyril Lemoine, Quentin Pacher, and Pierre Rolland — will team the Lightshifter Volt+ Acid Yellow and also Phantom lensed cycling sunglasses with Bollé Furo MIPS helmets.

Victor de la Parte of Total Direct Énergie completes the Bollé lineup with the Lightshifter Volt+ Acid Yellow setup.
