KOM Cycling offers new compact tubeless repair tool

Published January 20, 2020

EAST LANSING, Mich. (BRAIN) — Accessory and tool brand KOM Cycling is now shipping its new tubeless tire tool, which has several innovative features and retails for $15.99.

The tool weighs 25 grams and fits easily in a jersey pocket or saddlebag. It includes a tire reamer and a tire fork. Users can first use the reamer to smooth out the tire hole before locking in a repair strip with the tire fork.

The tool comes with eight 1.5mm bacon repair strips. The company said larger strips are unneeded because a few 1.5mm strips can be twisted together to seal larger punctures.

The tool is available in black, blue, red, green, yellow, pink, purple, and orange.

KOM Cycling sells the tool consumer direct and dealer direct.
