The website offers flat-rate small-package shipping fees for EU consumers of 10 euros ($10.95) and 25 euros for wheelsets. For other countries, shipping rates are based on the consumer's location.
European orders will ship from i9's Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, facility for faster delivery. The facility is 100% i9 owned and operated, and the brand said it is staffed by those familiar with European riders' needs.
Prices will be listed in euros and include applicable VAT for EU customers. EU consumers receiving orders from Spain will be exempt from import duties,
The webstore has a European customer service team available to give same time-zone customer-service support. Industry Nine said the website will offer a wider selection of small and service parts at "competitive prices."
