STOCKHOLM, Sweden (BRAIN) — Derek Bouchard-Hall, a former elite cyclist and former CEO of USA Cycling and Assos, has joined POC as CEO.

Federico Minoli, the chairman of POC's management board, said, "I am very pleased to welcome Derek to POC and look forward to working with him. The company said Bouchard-Hall will take up his position immediately and will be based in the POC headquarters in Stockholm.
