Cyclologic is a high-end Road, Mountain, Triathlon, and Gravel cycling store with particular expertise in bike fitting. Our sales team delivers exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge. We are a customer-obsessed concierge business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving excellence in merchandising and store presentation.

Position Responsibilities:

Deliver a world-class retail and custom bike experience for clients

Manage sales operations and leads within our CRM system

Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge

Merchandise and manage product placement

Manage the custom bike delivery process in coordination with purchasing, bike fitters, and customer expectations

Complete product education in a timely manner

Maintain the appearance of inventory and sales floor

Perform daily opening and closing duties as directed by the Store Manager

Experience:

Proven sales and customer service experience

Strong attention to detail; PC and CRM proficiency an asset

Ability to multitask and work with multiple customers or projects simultaneously

Solid knowledge of computers and technology

Positive, can-do attitude with customers and coworkers

Strong work ethic and dedication to follow-through

Retail merchandising and inventory experience preferred
