Service Manager- Sabino Cycles

Seeking a full time Service Manager at full service bike shop. Service Manager will maintain workflow and quality control; maintain supplies, customer orders and warranties; training of new technicians and oversee continuing education of current technicians; and manage communication with riders through all stages of their repair experience.
Seeking a candidate with 5 years of bicycle mechanic experience, up to date on modern bikes including e-bikes and mountain bike suspension.
Good communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
