Key Accounts Representative – U.S. (Remote/Travel)

Ready to win big accounts and drive real growth? We’re looking for a high-performing Key Accounts Representative to expand our footprint across national retailers, e-commerce platforms, and omnichannel partners in the U.S.
This is a true “hunter–farmer” role: you’ll own and grow 12 existing key accounts while aggressively pursuing and closing new national business. You’ll identify opportunities to increase assortment, accelerate sell-through, and unlock margin across partners—while building a strong pipeline and leading deals from first contact through launch.
You’ll work cross-functionally to execute at a high level—partnering with marketing on impactful campaigns and with operations to ensure inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment are dialed. Success requires a sharp, data-driven approach, using POS insights and performance metrics to make fast, smart decisions that deliver results.
We’re looking for someone with 5–10+ years of B2B or key account sales experience who knows how to open doors, close deals, and grow strategic relationships. Experience with national retail and/or major e-commerce accounts is essential; a background in cycling, outdoor, or sporting goods is a strong plus. You’re a confident communicator, skilled negotiator, and highly motivated self-starter who thrives on accountability and performance.
