BTI - Customer Service Position

Come join BTI's team at 7000 feet in the southern rockies! We are looking for a Sales/Customer Service professional with some bike shop experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, plus an interest in gaining knowledge of current bicycle products and standards. Primary responsibilities include fielding calls, processing orders, and troubleshooting dealer issues.
