Priority Bicycles - Technical Support Representative

Our fast-growing team is looking for someone with a passion for bicycles, riders, and excellent people skills.
Duties:
* Advanced troubleshooting directly with customers
* Assisting shops with repairs
* Preliminary warranty evaluation
* Support customer service team with troubleshooting and case escalation
Requirements:
* Supportive attitude with customers seeking solutions
* Advanced bike mechanical/troubleshooting knowledge
* Strong computer skills
Must be available to work in-person in our NYC office.
Pay Range - $40,000 - $52,000, based on experience.
