Kenda Tires: Bicycle Sales Director, North America Opportunity

Kenda Tire is seeking an experienced, dynamic Bicycle Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our bicycle tire division. They will develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and lead & develop a high-performing sales team. They will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the tire industry, and experience in business development, market intelligence, cross-functional collaboration, and negotiation & contract management.

The successful candidate will have:
- a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
-7+ years of experience in sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role within the bicycle tire industry.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the bicycle tire market, including product knowledge, market dynamics, & customer needs.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
-Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
