Director of Sales (US)

HLC is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team in the US. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial and leadership experience and an outstanding track record in sales. In this position, you will oversee the sales activity of your team, develop strategic sales initiatives, establish sales goals, sell directly to select Strategic Accounts, and collaborate with your Sales teams to manage and deliver on sales performance.

• A willingness to think different
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Proven leadership in setting clear expectations, providing consistent feedback, and supporting their team to achieve high performance
• An ability to analyze data to inform sales strategy
• A strong existing relationship within the cycling industry considered an asset
• The capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines and budget
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• An ability and willingness to travel
