Registration opens today and will remain open through January 1, 2027, giving every current Parlee owner, regardless of when they purchased their bike, the opportunity to register and unlock the full slate of benefits. Going forward, the Crash Replacement Program will be a standard benefit included with every new Parlee, available to any owner from the moment they purchase and register their bike.
The launch comes at a pivotal moment for the brand. At the heart of that promise is the new Parlee Crash Replacement Program, a straightforward, affordable path to a new frame if theirs is ever damaged beyond repair - even in a race, if the airline smashes your bike in transit, or you drive it into the roof of your garage. Under the program, a registered owner's frame and fork are replaced free of charge in the first year of ownership, at 50% off current retail in the second year, at 35% in the third year, and at a permanent 20% discount for the lifetime of the frame and fork thereafter.
The Crash Replacement Program is offered alongside, not in place of, Parlee's Limited Lifetime Warranty, which continues to cover defects in materials and workmanship on every frame and fork for life or as long as the original owner owns the bike.
The program also comes with a 10% loyalty discount: every registered POG member receives 10% off their next Parlee frame or full bike build, for as long as they're a member. There are no extra steps or paperwork: once you're a Parlee Owners Group member, this benefit applies for the rest of the time you own a Parlee.
