BikesOnline has officially opened the doors to its new Southern California headquarters in San Clemente, bringing its West Coast fulfillment operations, customer showroom and local riding experiences together under one roof.
Located in the former YT Industries building and surrounded by some of Southern California's best coastal roads and trails, the expanded facility gives riders the chance to see, test and collect their next bike while helping BikesOnline deliver faster shipping to customers across the western United States.
The move takes BikesOnline a little further up the I-5 corridor following seven successful years in Carlsbad and marks the next stage of the rider-owned company's growth in North America.
Behind this expansion from digital commerce to local community engagement is BikesOnline Co-Founder, James van Rooyen.
"San Clemente gives us the best of both worlds," said James van Rooyen. "It strengthens our fulfillment capabilities, which mean faster delivery for our West Coast online customers, while also giving local riders a place where they can see the bikes, take one for a proper ride and connect with the cycling community.

More than a Warehouse: A Hub Built for the Local Cycling Community
By combining online convenience with hands-on support and local riding experiences, BikesOnline aims to make choosing a new bike easier while building a stronger connection with Southern California's cycling community.
Whilst East Coast customers will still be served from our Baltimore warehouse, the San Clemente headquarters has been designed as a destination for local riders, as well as a major fulfillment hub supporting BikesOnline customers across the West Coast:

Riders can explore the latest bikes from Polygon and Superior, along with exclusive custom-painted athlete builds.
Free Bike Demos
Customers can test demo bikes on nearby roads and trails before making their decision.
Click and Collect
Regional customers can order online and collect their bikes directly from the warehouse.
Ride, Skills and Maintenance Clinics
Quarterly weekend clinics will be hosted in partnership with Alex Cazares of Trail Craft Collective. Sessions will cover bike maintenance, riding skills and practical advice, with free access available to customers purchasing a new bike.
