Irvine, CA – March 2, 2026 – The National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA) is inviting Specialty Bicycle Retailers across North America to participate in its Third Annual E-Bike System Supplier Study, an industry research initiative designed to assess retailer experiences with e-bike system suppliers.

As the e-bike category continues to grow and evolve, this study provides retailers with an opportunity to share direct feedback on the systems they work with every day. Insights collected will help identify strengths, challenges, and opportunities across the e-bike system landscape, while supporting more informed decision-making for both retailers and suppliers.

The confidential survey consists of 12 short questions and can be completed in under five minutes. Retailers are asked to evaluate e-bike system suppliers across key areas including overall quality and satisfaction, training, brand recognition, service timing, warranty and support, maintenance, and battery performance.

"The third year of this study reflects the growing importance of e-bike systems to specialty retailers," said Heather Mason, Executive Director of the NBDA. "Retailer input is essential to understanding how suppliers are performing in real-world retail environments and where additional support is needed."

The survey is open March 2 through April 2, 2026. Retailers who complete the survey will receive a complimentary copy of the full 2026 E-Bike System Supplier Report, with results scheduled to be released by May 2026.

Retailers can participate in the survey here.

The NBDA thanks participating retailers for contributing their time and insights to this important industry research.
