Big Flats, NY — 2/11/26 — Stan's Performance Products announced today that Stacey Wilhelm has joined the company as Vice President of Global Sales, bringing more than two decades of experience in the bicycle industry across sales leadership, brand experience, and go-to-market strategy.

Wilhelm joins Stan's after more than 13 years at Specialized Bicycle Components, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Brand Experience for North America. In that role, she led experiential retail strategy, field teams, and rider engagement initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, helping to strengthen premium product adoption, retail partnerships, and customer loyalty.

At Stan’s, a recognized leader in tire sealant and components, Wilhelm will oversee global sales strategy across direct and distributor channels, with a focus on aligning sales execution, field support, and go-to-market clarity to support long-term growth as the company continues to build out its range of quality bicycle care products.

“Stan’s has always represented innovation, authenticity, and performance at the core of cycling,” said Wilhelm. “I’m excited to join a brand with such deep credibility and to work alongside the team. We look forward to building products that drive premium cycling performance and engage retailers and distributors around the world."

Nick McAdams, CEO at Stan’s adds, “I’m excited to work alongside Stacey. She has significant knowledge and experience, most notably with Specialized, in being able to engage retailers and connect with our customers in meaningful ways. She will help lead and strengthen Stan’s in our mission to Improve the Ride.”

Wilhelm began her career at Lee's Cyclery in Fort Collins, and has spent more than 20 years in the cycling industry, holding leadership roles across sales, marketing, and experiential brand development. She is based in Colorado and will work closely with Stan’s global teams and partners.
