Bryan brings more than two decades of hands-on experience in the bicycle industry, spanning inside sales, dealer support, retail ownership, and advanced technical service. Most recently, he served as an Inside Sales Associate at Pinarello USA, where he managed daily orders for bicycles, frames, and components, supported outside sales teams, and delivered high-touch service to dealers and consumers. His background also includes several years in inside sales at BikeCo, along with long-term leadership as owner and president of an independent bicycle retailer in Philadelphia.
In addition to his sales and relationship-building experience, Bryan's deep mechanical knowledge, including frame building, fabrication, and expert-level service work, gives him a well-rounded understanding of both dealer needs and product performance. This combination of technical expertise and a customer-first mindset closely aligns with PGW's commitment to supporting specialty retailers with responsive service, practical solutions, and long-term partnerships.
