HEAD Group Announces Acquisition of Premium Cycling Brand Le Col

The leading global manufacturer of high-performance sporting equipment and apparel for athletes at all levels HEAD Group ("HEAD") today announced the 100% acquisition of British cycling apparel brand Le Col from Puma Growth Partners.

The investment represents HEAD's continued expansion of its sportswear and apparel division based out of Milan, Italy.

Rupert West, Managing Director, Puma Growth Partners, said: "We are pleased to have exited Le Col to such a strong counterparty and believe HEAD will be a superb custodian of the Le Col brand going forward."
