The new program enables riders to visit any participating Basso dealer and trade in their current bicycle, regardless of brand, in exchange for store credit toward a new Basso model. Cycle Limited manages the entire process through its dedicated online trade-in portal, providing a streamlined experience for both customers and retailers.
This system gives riders an easy path to upgrade while allowing dealers to capture incremental sales without the operational burden of managing used inventory.
