One-of-a-kind gravel bike raffle supports the Pisgah Conservancy
Asheville, NC — Cane Creek Cycling Components is proud to announce the return of the Pisgah Project Bike Raffle. Now celebrating its ninth consecutive year, the collaborative project with the industry's leading partners has the potential to hit $300,000 total amount raised for the preservation of Western North Carolina’s Pisgah National Forest.
All proceeds from the raffle go directly to The Pisgah Conservancy (TPC), a nonprofit that has cared for Pisgah’s trails, rivers, wildlife, and native plants since their founding in 2015.
The Mission
As the Pisgah Ranger District tackles continued Hurricane Helenee recovery work, the Pisgah Project mission remains critical for the 400+ mile trail network: to help improve and maintain Pisgah National Forest, one of the most-visited national forests in the U.S. Pisgah is a rugged and awe-inspiring sanctuary not only for cyclists, but for hikers, anglers, equestrians, climbers, and all who love the outdoors for generations to come.
“This partnership with Cane Creek and other industry partners has had a significant impact on The Pisgah Conservancy (TPC) and the forest itself since the first Pisgah Project Bike Raffle took place in 2017,” said Nina Ardle, the Chief Administrative and Development Officer of The Pisgah Conservancy. “Since then, we've completed dozens of major improvement projects, increased the size of our field staff (including the addition of a full-time Trail Crew in 2023 and Invasive Plant Management Crew in 2024), and so much more.”
The Bike
Celebrating the rugged terrain and forest roads snaking throughout the stunning Pisgah Ranger District, this year’s raffle bike takes a bold turn onto gravel built around a USA handmade steel frame from REEB Cycles, a long-standing supporter of the Pisgah Project. REEB Cycles The Sam’s Pants frame is paired with Cane Creek’s limited-edition 30th anniversary components and a carefully curated lineup of premium partners. The 2025 Pisgah Project Bike is built to explore Pisgah’s backroads and beyond — with durability, performance, and purpose at its core. “Pisgah Born” isn’t just a slogan. Cane Creek’s legacy is rooted in the very forest this raffle helps protect.
“Following Hurricane Helene, a devastating natural disaster that shook our area, we recognize organizations like the Pisgah Conservancy need our help more than ever to restore and maintain our beautiful natural resource that is Pisgah National Forest. It’s an honor to bring our 9th Pisgah Project Bike to the public with our 30th Anniversary Collection of products.” - Jenna Toney, Cane Creek Cycling Components
