Eindhoven, 14 May 2025, Gravaa, developer of the innovative Gravaa adaptable tire pressure system for cycling, has adopted a co-CEO structure to strengthen its leadership during a crucial growth phase.
The new structure pairs Gertjan van Ginderen, responsible for production and technology, with John Zopfi, who leads sales, marketing, and HR. Both will jointly oversee the company's strategy and financial decisions.
"This setup allows us to focus on our respective strengths while keeping the business agile and aligned," says Zopfi. Van Ginderen adds: "It ensures we stay sharp on both innovation and execution."
In the absence of one co-CEO, the other assumes full operational responsibility.
