San Francisco — The Merry Sales Co., a SF Bay Area legacy bicycle and parts distributor since 1906, has announced the release of their new full color, nearly 300-page product catalog. This is their first catalog they've produced since they stopped producing them in 2017.
Jim Porter, company President, stated: "Back 10 to 15 years ago, when every wholesale distributor was printing catalogs, ours was lost among many.Today, there are fewer distributors, and almost none of them produce a printed annual catalog. We've always prided ourselves in doing things a little differently, so we thought this is the time to print one. We also feel our offerings are extremely esoteric and unique. We concentrate on lifestyle, commuter, urban, products that are serviceable, durable, and not slated for planned obsolescence. While the website is a great way for a dealer to find what he/she needs at the moment, it does a poor job of showing the breadth of our entire offering and it is this which we want to share with all of our dealers."
Merry Sales now stocks 4,500 SKU's from over 100 brands. We stock almost all products offered by Nitto, MKS, Tange, Hozan, Honjo, Crane Bell, Yokozuna, Suzue, Rivendell, Izumi, Tanaka, Newbaum's, S-Ride, EVT, Soma, Swift Industries, Road Runner, and ILE among many others.
