Mühltal, Germany, 13/01/2025: Johannes Herre has been in charge of quality assurance at Riese & Müller as Head of Total Quality Management (TQM) since 1 December 2024. In this role, Johannes Herre is responsible for seamless supplier quality, monitoring all company production processes, the QM system and environmental management. He thus contributes significantly to the continuous evolution of quality standards and to ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Johannes Herre succeeds Frank Wippich, who has worked as Head of TQM for Riese & Müller since 2020 and is retiring from the company.

Johannes Herre studied Mechanical Engineering and Plastics Engineering in Darmstadt and has many years of experience in quality and project management, holding management positions for over 10 years. Most recently, Johannes Herre worked for an automotive supplier, whose main customers included premium and luxury segment manufacturers, such as Porsche, Rolls-Royce and AMG.
