The program will be licensed to school districts, municipalities, ebike companies, and bicycle dealers. It is also available for purchase by parents as a single course or family pack, offering comprehensive education to a crucial demographic.
The Teen eBike Training program addresses the growing need for structured and accessible safety education for teenagers who are increasingly using ebikes as a mode of transportation. These young riders often navigate roads filled with cars and trucks without the benefit of a driver's license, automobile experience, or formal training. As such, the program is designed to equip them with the roadway-environment rules, knowledge, and strategies necessary to avoid collisions and safely share the road with other users.
Course Overview:
The Teen eBike Training course provides a structured learning path that covers fundamental knowledge to be a safe and responsible ebike rider. Upon successful completion of the course, students will earn a certificate that can be used to license them to ride ebikes to school or to register their ebike with their city.
