Bentonville, AR — USA Cycling, PeopleForBikes, Visit Bentonville, and Women of OZ are excited to announce The RISE Forum, an all-day leadership conference dedicated to empowering women leaders across various sectors of cycling. The event takes place on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at The Momentary in Bentonville, Arkansas.

The RISE Forum is designed to inspire and elevate leaders through a day of enriching activities, educational sessions, and community-building opportunities. The conference aims to celebrate and amplify voices in cycling and the outdoor industries, offering a platform for growth and networking.

Event Highlights:
● Group Clinics and Rides (9:00 - 11:00 a.m.): The day will commence with group clinics and rides led by USA Cycling, offering participants an engaging and interactive way to kick-start their day with other attendees.
● Insightful Discussions (1:00 - 4:00 p.m.): Industry leaders will delve into thought-provoking discussions on topics including women's leadership, wellness, technological advancements in cycling, and community development.
● Women of OZ Fundraiser Party (6:00 - 9:00 p.m.): The event will culminate in a fundraising party featuring drinks, heavy appetizers, live music, and an online silent auction. The celebration aims to support and elevate initiatives focused on empowering future leaders.

Purpose and Goals:
● Empowerment: Engage in discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities that highlight and celebrate diverse leadership in cycling.
● Education and Awareness: Gain insights into leadership, wellness, mental health, technology in cycling, and the state of the industry for women in leadership roles.
