Cousley brings over two decades of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development in the outdoor, sporting goods, and health & wellness industries. His appointment as President marks a recommitment by Cirrus Cycles to enhancing everyone's bike ride, with increased performance and comfort for all through innovative design and unmatched technology. Cousley will be looking to increase distribution in European markets, while expanding Cirrus' product offerings and strengthening service to North American IBDs and Cirrus' OEM customers.

Prior to consulting, Cousley spent 20+ years driving sales across multiple brands in the outdoor, run and bicycle specialty channels including 2XU, Nathan, Crumpler and Bridgedale Socks.
