Sara, a cyclist and adventurer at heart, brings to the table her multilingual knowledge of Spanish and English and her past experience as the Online Retail Manager at Eat Sleep Cycle. "My ambition is to connect with new customers and nurture existing relationships across the globe to increase sales," she explains, emphasising her dedication to BRM's international expansion.
Yani Abdallah brings a fresh perspective from his past customer-centric positions. "My role is pivotal in ensuring our customers experience a seamless onboarding process. My background within the arts and festival sectors has equipped me with a unique perspective on customer engagement and satisfaction."
