Brose E-Bike Systems Technical Training for US Retailers and Service Providers

Dear US bicycle retailer and service provider,

Brose is pleased to announce our first-ever e-Bike system service training for the US. This detailed on-line training program will offer bicycle retailers and service providers important information and processes for working on Brose drive units and components. Topics include:

+ Independence from supply introduction to Brose Company
+ Overview of Brose System Products and components
+ Diagnostic and Troubleshooting, Error codes and Analysis, Updates
+ Diagnostic Software – Brose Service Tool

Training will be offered in a webinar format starting this Winter and into Spring 2024. More dates will be added for Summer and Fall, 2024. The webinar is free.

The schedule is set for twice a month, on Wednesdays - always from 09:00am-noon PST – on the following dates.

2023: Dec 6 and 13

2024: January 10 and 24 // February 7 and 21 // March 6 and 20 // April 3 and 17 // May 8 and 22

Attendance is limited to 100 participants per session. Upon completion of the training, you will be presented with a Brose Certificate of Completion and access to download the Brose Service Tool program, as well as ability to purchase the Brose Service Dongle. We look forward to your participation.
