Enduro increases availability for its expansive array of bearings and components in important markets filled with passionate cyclists
Oakland, California (Aug 29, 2023) — Enduro Bearings, in its ongoing efforts to grow distribution across the world, is announcing a multi-year distribution agreement with Lusty Industries in Australia and a strengthened relationship with Performance Recreation Velo (PRV) in New Zealand. Both Lusty and PRV will stock Enduro's complete product range, including the seemingly indestructible XD15 super stainless/ceramic hybrid bearings, Maxhit™ headsets and bottom brackets, and Directline™ derailleur pulleys.
Beginning in 2021, Enduro has experienced successful growth globally through new and strengthened distributor partnerships and comprehensive co-op marketing support programs that include retail point-of-sale, product education, and consumer promotions. This is further bolstered by improved distributor and dealer margins and increased retailer and consumer awareness to its full line of products and technologies.
" We are thrilled to be starting this relationship with Enduro Bearings. Matt Harvey (Enduro's founder) and his team have done an amazing job manufacturing some of the best quality bearings available, and we feel privileged to be their Australian distributor," says Lusty Industries' Managing Director Johnny McLean, "We pride ourselves on representing premium brands and Enduro is the perfect fit for our retailers and us"
In New Zealand, a strengthened partnership with Performance Recreation Velo (PRV) has already expanded Enduro top-tier product availability to dealers and heightened consumer awareness of Enduro's key performance advantages. Through PRV, Enduro will now be supporting New Zealand's top UCI Pro road team, Bolton Equities Black Spoke Pro Cycling, which recently added world championship stripes courtesy of Aaron Gates' impressive gold medal performance on the banked boards in Scotland.
"Enduro Bearings is recognized globally for quality and innovation. Their bearings are inside hundreds of the best cycling brands," says Tim Pawson, PRV's CEO. "We are thrilled to continue as Enduro's exclusive distributor in New Zealand and to have their support for New Zealand's top road racing program. As a past and present racer, I am really excited to have one of our key brands partner with Bolton Equities Black Spoke. Murray Bolton and Scott Guyton are providing NZ's top and emerging road riders an opportunity to compete on the world stage, which is nothing short of incredible, and we are stoked to be a part of it."
Adds Scott Guyton, Bolton Equities Black Spoke General Manager, "Bike performance and reliability are must haves, especially when your team is located half a world away in Europe . We know that with Enduro's XD15 bearings and components, late night bike rebuilds are a thing of the past, allowing our staff and riders to focus on proper rest and winning races. We're excited to get things rolling."
"Enduro's new partnership with Lusty and our expanded commitment to PRV are 'no brainers'. Both companies have the staff, operational wherewithal and enthusiasm to increase Enduro brand awareness and product knowledge with both retailers and enthusiasts," says Rick Sutton, Enduro's Global Business Development and Marketing Director, "And with Bolton Equities Black Spoke, we are leveling up to support national and world champions competing on their home turf and the roads in Europe. We support some amazing athletes and mechanics in the Americas, UK and South Africa and this is a great opportunity to expand our product support program in partnership with PRV."
