May 11, 2023 Thule Group announces today that Jonas Lindqvist, in agreement with the company, will leave his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Thule Group. Jonas has been the CFO of the Thule Group since 2020 and will remain in his role until his successor is in place. The recruitment process for a new CFO will begin immediately.

- Thule Group is a fantastic company with competent and driven colleagues on a global market that it has been a pleasure to work with. Now that Mattias Ankarberg is starting as the new CEO this summer, it has been natural for both of us to have a discussion about a long-term commitment on my part. After almost 20 years as a CFO in a listed environment and the fact that I will turn 61 later this year, it didn't feel like a longer time horizon was right for me. I will ensure a smooth handover to my successor and after that I do look forward to having more time for my many interests, says Jonas Lindqvist.

- We want to thank Jonas for his work and wish him the best of luck with his future plans. The recruitment process for a new CFO will begin immediately and I am confident that Jonas and his highly competent team will guarantee a smooth handover process, says Mattias Ankarberg, current board member and in August 2023 the incoming CEO and president of Thule Group.
