This year marks the first time the Wisconsin-based bike company has placed on the list
MADISON, WI, APRIL 4, 2023 – Trek Bicycleis one of the world’s largest bike manufacturers, and now their commitment to prioritizing employee growth and financial well-being is being recognized. Trek ranked 94th on Fortune Magazine’s 2023 list of the top100 Best Companies to Work For– marking the first time the company has placed on the list. The recognition is based on Great Place To Work’s data-driven survey model and the feedback of 100 million employees around the world.

Trek’s inclusion model and leadership training is recognized for giving employees at all levels of the company the opportunity to learn and grow, while also being supported by a number of benefits.
