The 2023 Fruita Fat Tire Festival is excited to announce that our attendee numbers will increase substantially! In what is truly a win-win, we will share our weekend with the CO2UT Desert Gravel Ride, all in beautiful Fruita, CO. The 2023 events will be on the Weekend of May 12th – 14th. Combining forces with CO2UT brings 3,000+ RIDERS TO FRUITA - ONE OF THE LARGEST BIKE FESTIVALS IN THE US. The Fruita Fat Tire Festival/CO2UT weekend is one of the premier biking events to attend and engage your gravel and mtb customers. The Fruita Fat Tire Festival will still have two venues: the 18 Road Trailhead for Demo Teams and the Downtown Product Expo for Apparel, Gear, and Accessories Vendors.
The CO2UT Desert Gravel Event brings 1,500 gravel riders to Fruita to participate in the bike industry's fastest-growing market segment, where riders will experience gravel "like nowhere else on earth." Event participants ride distances of 30, 70, 100, 125, or 180 miles, starting and ending in downtown Fruita on Sunday, May 14th. While the event rides are on Sunday, CO2UT attendees are in town all weekend, and the downtown FFTF event provides the perfect opportunity for them to interact with our vendors.
YOU NEED TO BE HERE! If your business is manufacturing or marketing bikes, parts, gear, apparel, events, and destinations to gravel or mtb riders, the weekend of May 12-14, 2023, in Fruita, CO, is a must-attend event. We will have concerts on Friday and Saturday evenings and plenty of food and beer from Ska Brewing on tap. We have lots of space in the downtown area, but it's limited, and we expect it to fill up fast, given the number of participants and the broad bike market appeal. Fruita's high desert terrain is famous for its amazing trails and fun downtown. The discovery of Fruita's endless gravel only sweetens the pot for those discovering this amazing place.
