Cycle of Influence Summit Announces Panelists from LeMond and Camber Outdoors

The Cycle of Influence Summit is excited to announce two new panelists to its Summit lineup.

Rick Adams took over as CEO of LeMond Bicycles on June 1, 2022. Adams joined LeMond Bicycles following 11 years at the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, most recently as the Chief of Sport Performance for the globe’s most elite Olympic and Paralympic sport performance organization.

Adams joined the USOPC after a 15-year career in professional sports including 8 years as President/CEO of the East Coast Hockey league.

Rick will be on the USA production topic panel at COI.

Tiffany Smith, CEO & DEI Leader at Camber Outdoors, is the newly appointed CEO who will lead Camber in equipping the leadership of 300+ Fortune 100, small business, and non-profit member organizations to achieve DEI systems change. Camber Outdoors is a non-profit organization with the mission of supporting workplace inclusion, equity, and diversity for Outdoor-Recreation focused organizations.

Tiffany will be on the Diversity topic panel at COI. The Cycle of Influence Summit takes place Sept 6-8, 2022 in Bentonville AR, one of the hottest cycling destinations today. COI will take on some of the most important and relevant issues facing the cycling industry today.
