WHAT: Trek Bicycle, in partnership with the MACC Fund, will host the 2022 Trek 100 at Trek headquarters in Waterloo, WI. Riders can choose between 100-, 67-, 30-, and 19-mile route options, all departing from Trek headquarters and supported with fully stocked rest stops. The ride will begin with speeches and the national anthem, and upon completion, participants will meet back at Trek HQ for a post-ride party with BBQ, beer, and more.
Since 1990, the Trek 100 has contributed over $19.6 million to the MACC Fund and their fight against childhood cancer and related blood disorders. These funds have helped raise the five-year survival rate for childhood cancer from 20% in 1976 to 80% today.
In order to make the biggest impact, we’re also offering an at-home alternative to the traditional Trek 100 in Waterloo. Riders around the world are encouraged to sign up and join in on the action from their favorite local routes.
