BOULDER, Colo. — Hunt USA has hired Brad Swaim into the Operations and Customer Service Management position.
He will be tasked with leading the CS, Dispatch, Tech & Warranty teams serving as the line manager for those departments.
Swaim joins the US Hunt team with a wealth of industry knowledge over the years. Managing a large bike shop chain in Texas then performing as an inside and outside sales rep before moving into the Brand Manager position for Knight Composites. There he oversaw and was heavily involved with all aspects of the bicycle wheel business. His passion within the cycling industry is rider-focused.
He wants to provide the best possible experience for new as well as seasoned riders both while at work and in his personal time.
