Kaitlin Cameron becomes Chief Marketing Officer
Paul Calandrella becomes VP of Strategic Initiatives

LOUISVILLE, CO (March 25, 2022) – The Pro's Closet (TPC) is thrilled to announce that Kaitlin Cameron has joined the company as their new Chief Marketing Officer, and Paul Calandrella as their Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Cameron joins TPC after serving as the VP of Global Consumer Marketing at Burton Snowboards where she spearheaded global digital marketing strategies that drove the company's strategic shift towards direct-to-consumer marketing. As the CMO at TPC, she will be responsible for all marketing and branding initiatives with a focus on omnichannel marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and performance marketing.

"Working in a passion-driven industry and community is unique and familiar territory," said Cameron. "I'm thrilled by the opportunity to bring the same level of enthusiasm for snowsports that I had with Burton to the bike space and TPC. High-end outdoor goods are meaningful additions to people's lives, and building a community around their sport, recreation, or leisure activity is an infinitely rewarding role. I look forward to elevating the content, marketing, and brand to new heights bringing us into the next era as a leader of responsible and memorable shopping experiences."

Calandrella joins TPC after years of leadership at REI, most recently as Divisional VP of Activity Strategy. As the VP of Strategic Initiatives at TPC, Calandrella will lead the development of omni customer experience efforts as TPC explores last mile and local presence, starting with a retail prototype at their headquarters in Louisville, CO.

"Increasingly, I believe the omni experience will offer customers the ability to realize value and shop their values through access to a blend of new and used products," said Calandrella. "I'm thrilled to come alongside the talented team at TPC, and lend my years of learning about customer preference in both scaled direct and physical environments, to build an industry-leading experience for both passionate cyclists and those just discovering—or rediscovering—the joy of riding. This is a special place and a unique moment, and we're just getting started."

TPC's CEO, John Levisay, expressed, "Paul and Kaitlin's addition to our executive team brings us into a new era—beginning our physical retail initiative and extending our brand and marketing presence to new audiences in widespread, comprehensive, and cogent ways. Their industry and ecommerce experience combined with their deep understanding of the outdoor consumer makes them incredibly qualified to level up our marketing and retail. We're lucky to have them both join this early in the year as momentum continues into the peak of the season."
